Key Responsibilities
- Process and evaluate prescription prior authorization and appeal requests,
- Organize and maintain accurate patient/member records,
- Collect medical information to ensure compliance with established protocols,

Required Skills
- Proficiency in using computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite,

Qualifications
- A valid Indiana Pharmacy Technician license,
- National CPhT certification or the ability to obtain it within six months,
- 1-2 years of pharmacy experience in retail, long-term care, or hospital settings,
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
